Very disappointing experience. Half of the shipment — 5 out of 10 titanium bars — arrived with significant damage to the corners and edges. The damage was clearly documented with photos and later with high-resolution macro images. Despite the obvious damage, the seller refused any partial refund and no satisfactory solution was offered. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that there had already been a pricing issue before delivery: after the purchase had been agreed, the seller increased the costs compared with the original agreement. This resulted in additional expenses and fees on my side. Changing costs only after the buyer has already committed to the purchase is, in my view, not a professional way to handle a transaction. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this supplier again. Buyers who expect reliable pricing, careful packaging and reasonable after-sales support should be aware of these issues....
